Quality, well maintained and comfortable vehicle (Toyota Vellfire). Responsive and friendly staff. Staff also showed reasonable understanding when delay occurred in returning the Vellfire due to unexpected massive traffic jam caused by accident between two lorries. Extra charges for the delay were reasonable. Owner even sent us to our nearby hotel after we returned the Vellfire
Rented a Honda Civic TCP-S from Daniel and I was very happy about it. Did a solid 800km drive and I find his car superb. Daniel's hospitality is very good; car was in mint condition and the cabin smelt good. Definitely worth renting cars from him again 👍🏻👏🏻

I had a great experience with Genesis Car Rental. Booked and paid easily via online (debit/credit card), I've bought the insurance and delivery/pick up service thus car deliver and pick up smoothly at the place I prefer in KL - Malaysia. Car condition also nice and good (looks new). Travelling around Malaysia, without any issue at all. Well recommended as I feel the price reasonable and the car they promised is the car they really deliver.

I am a newbie in car renting and started my search for a 7-seaters car rental a while ago. Most car rental companies do not have the patience to explain to me about their fleet, maintenance history and their procedure. All they want is deposit :) Genesis is very different. They always answer my dumb question tirelessly even before I pay any deposit. I was very happy with their service and proceed with the full payment to secure my booking. However, I have to cancel the booking due to some unforeseen circumstances and didn't manage to try out their car rental. Even their cancellation and refund process are simple, I will definitely put them as my first choice if I ever need to rent a car again! Thank you Genesis!

I was in KL for a long weekend holiday. I liaised with Dan via WhatsApp prior to my trip to book the car and arranged for him to deliver the car to my hotel and pick it up from the same location for return. Dan was very responsive, and it was easy to make the necessary arrangements. Payment was made upfront and included a deposit to be refunded after 14 days when car was returned. On the day of collection, Dan arranged a driver to deliver the car to my location punctually. The car was in great condition and performed well for my drives to Genting and Frasers' Hill. For the car return, their driver came to my hotel on time and there were no issues as well. Deposit was duly refunded to my bank account within 14 days of car return. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Genesis car rental and Dan in particular. Excellent customer service with no hassles at all. I would not hesitate to use them if I need a rental car in KL in the future.
